We are happy to announce a new CS-Cart release.
CS-Cart 3.0.4 is mostly a bug fix and optimization release.
Among the more noticeable changes are the ability to store credit card data in orders (which has been removed earlier), updated GeoIP data, and the latest versions of Twigmo and Searchanise.

Not until the merged version of Professional & Ultimate has been released, that is what I am patiently watching for! 
I really happy to see the update. CS-Cart is a great company and good to see continual improvement. I too am waiting for the 3.1 (Merge) version. I purchased an Ultimate license earlier this year and cannot use it until Supplier functionality is back in the software.

I tried the 3.0.4 upgrade, but then the CS-Cart would not expand the “Store selector” drop down list. So I had to restore to 3.0.3 again to able to open the storefronts. Has any other Ultimate users experienced the same issue or is just my installation that is a bit buggy?

Hello. Some JS scripts or other data were cached in your browser. Please refresh the page (F5, ctrl(cmd)+r) or clear the browser cache.

Nice, hopefully I will have a new toy to play with before Christmas morning! 
I am normally quite patient about choosing the right time to upgrade, although after patiently following the 3.xx version releases while also knowing this merged version has been in the works is causing me extreme anxiety, not sure if I can continue to survive much longer! 
While I haven't tried my own store yet, I did just upgrade a store from 2.2.4 to 3.0.4 and the new store import tool worked awesome. Thank you for improving that.

Although you say “[font=“arial, verdana, tahoma, sans-serif”][color=”#282828"]the ability to store credit card data in orders" is restored in 3.04, 'cc_outside.tpl' still seems to be empty, while using 'cc.tpl' only displays partial data in the admin (e.g. [/color][/font][color=#000000][font=Tahoma, Arial, Verdana,]XXXXXXXXXXXX9008)?[/font][/color]
NOTE[color=#555555][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][size=3]: After a customer has placed an order, the order status will be [/size][/font][/color]Open[color=#555555][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][size=3]. Make sure that [/size][/font][/color]the “Remove CC info” option is disabled for the “Open” order status[color=#555555][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif][size=3].[/size][/font][/color]

hello Brandon,you have successfully updaged from 2.2.4 to 3.0.4 directly ,right? I did this from 2.2.5 to 3.0.4 directly,but don`t know why the import tool is not working.
Spot on. I had 'Remove cc info' checked for open order status and now that's off, it works as expected.

Yep, I was able to upgrade a store from 2.2.4 directly to 3.0.4. I wouldn't think that 2.2.5 would make any difference. Maybe it is a server setting or something? I just know that I've had mixed results in the past and this one went way better than past upgrades. I had less manual work to do on this site than others.
Maybe it was the site, I'm not sure. Personally, I like being the optimist and say that CS-Cart improved something.
I'd be happy to help however I can. Another thing to consider is talking to Jesse Lee Stringer and having him look at your server settings. He really knows his stuff when it comes that type of thing.

The other day mine showed that there was an update and when I clicked on the updates there was nothing in there. I have not upgraded and don't see the option to update to the latest version. I am currently on 3.0.3

The update just showed up today. Upgraded just fine so far.
