We would like to announce the "Table of options" add-on!

Video CS-Cart "Table of options" add-on!
 


This add-on allows displaying product options table on product details page (for example, color and size table). Customers will be able to choose the number of necessary items which they would like to buy for every option and get a subtotal price.

The add-on costs $89 (old price)

                             $49 (new price).
 
This add-on is compatible with CS-Cart 3.x.x. and 4.x.x.

Dear Sirs,
this addon is very interesting!

On your demo I tryed to deacivate an option combination e rebuild it:

Color: GreyHeather/Core Energy - Size: Small

After this, on storefront this option is still available.

Moreover if I choose as "forbidden combinations" Color: GreyHeather/Core Energy - Size: Small, the entire column of size "Small" don't appear on storefront.


I may have made a mistake?

I login on your store as customer. I added to cart the following items:

5 items RED size M
5 items GREY size L
5 items GREEN size Xl

I created an option called "STAMPA DUE COLORI" (+ 35,00) and I added it.

On the cart items page i can't see colour/size and quantity i choosed, but i see for all items color GREY, size S, quantity = 1000.

In this way customer can't remeber his choise!

Please note, on admin area and on customer area order is OK. Problem is on shopping cart page.

What about the SKU.... is this comming with the new selected item?

If the supplier works only with SKU.
if a article SKU is K500KR and color is RED then the article is K500KR
if a article SKU is K500KB and color is BLUE then the article is K500KB
Not K500KR Blue.

I think, if the costumer make a selection then the new selection must be seen on screen.
If the start picture whas RED and the new selection is BLUE then the new picture must come on screen.

Is this all get with the import or must we do this all at hand?

Dear richardfmm,

As you know default CS-Cart functionality allows to enter product codes for option combinations. These product codes are supported by our add-on. On cart content page in the storefront and on order editing page in the admin back-end, product codes for option combinations are displayed correctly.

We can (and we will) add the following feature to the add-on (it will be visible in the storefront on a product details page). if option combinations have product codes, on product details page below a product title customer will see the product code of the latest selected option combination. If option combinations don't have product codes, the general code of a product will be always displayed no matter what option combination is chosen (like it is now by default).

It sounds good but unfortunately we do not plan to add this feature to the add-on. We can implement this only within our custom development service for the additional charge.

So far this add-on should help with website accessibility in order to make convenient and faster purchase process.
However, I want to make a notice with 2 points where you may consider to make changes:

Point #1

• All product value fields are showing “0” value by default;
• Each time you click to value field, you should first remove “0” and then enter your number;
• This process requires too much extra moves, so please consider to add function where default value will disappear on mouse click.

Point #2

• The product value field does not fit more than 3 characters;
• A default cs-cart value fields can fit up to 4 characters;
• Consider to make value field with more width so users can enter up to 4 numbers in there.

Thank you for your recommendations. Point 1 is a really good usability point. Point 2 - it's not a problem at all but don't think that someone really needs to enter 4 numbers. Anyway we've noted down your recommendations and think over adding them.

From another point of view; if this add-on developed for Wholesalers (like me), then this option is the must, because wholesalers sell even more than XXXX products at a time.

I already bought one license; however running with an issue to use for single Table Options, since this add-on requires at least 2+ tables with different options in order to use it.

Anyway, I want to suggest one more option:
- Users can turn ON/OFF this add-on in bulk based on category level, where only one Table Option is used.

It will help a lot for those who have more than 100-10,000 products. Otherwise it’s very time consuming to modify 100-10,000 products one by one.
