Hi all!
My customer requires add TecDoc catalogue of car parts to his on-line shop based on CS-Cart 3.x Does anyone has any related experience or advice where should I start from? If you have a code to share, please tell me.

As I see, this catalog is a DVD catalog with product specifications, and images. Am I right?

Drahos, you are absolutely right! Full TecDoc is a set of DVDd aboud 30GB of data. We need to get out only relevant information about particular car makes/models, manufacturing years, region and languages. For example, we need to select a predefined list of 50 most popular card brands with all their models produced for European market since 1990 on Russian and Finnish languages. Then we need to import all this data into CS-Cart, optimizing images.

I would be careful, I have TECDOC and part of the license agreement is no decryption. From what I understand they have some bogus parts in there also which are designed not for usage - ultimately a serial trackback.
I've moved on from CS-Cart to WooC******** - If you need anything I can be of little help.

Hi there!
I think, the easiest way is, to use the default "import from CSV" functionality of the CS-Cart, but it is the last step of the process. First of all, you have to figure out, how to get the relevant information from the DVD. Can you write down the structure of the DVD?
