I have a local store as well and I need to put my store address, phone number and driving directions on
the “Contact Us” page. I found in the block manager there's a form builder to customize the form fields but there's no way to add other content like a block to the page. Any help is appreciated.

Use the block manager, then under “pages” tab, create the block type you want. Create your content in it etc. Disable the block globally by turning the slider to off. Then under the settings of that black “enable” it for the contact us page only and you have your custom block for that page.
