1 block create - 2 i ad ad banner - 3 not showing …
but this not work … any idea ?

Still your requirement is not clear. Anyway, let me assume. You want to add 2 banners on your homepage (main banner & a sub banner). When you added the 2nd banner, what is there on the main banner is appearing right?
Yes, that's not a problem but it is the nature of the banner. I suggest, you create an html block and put your sub banner in that.
