i can’t find live help offline messages? where can i find it? i looked everywhere but i can’t see any message in live help offline message tabmenu or in admin area or my mail box?
Make sure you’re not using the drop down style in the admin side.
Even then I’m unsure that it arrives through the admin panel as I believe it’s designed for livehelp only
