Hi, just bought one of your other templates. They look nice.
Can you tell me what the name is of the font you are using in this template: ZIPPY SNOWING?

Regards,
JJ

I've been looking at this template as a base for a new store. I would like to use 3.0.4, I would assume given the changes between 3.0.3 and 3.0.4 that this template will not need any changes to be fully compatible with 3.0.4.

However, I did notice a couple of bugs in your demo store for this template, which I brought to your attention using the Contact Us form on your site.

I never got a reply and it appears you resolved one of the bugs by....removing the menu. Can you confirm this issue was fixed (where the arrows on the testimonials box are visible over a drop-down menu) instead of simply removing the menu?
Thanks

So, I went ahead and bought this template.

There are a LOT of layout images (background, border, etc) which are sourced from Bugtreats site, this really is not the way to make templates.

Some, not all, images will *should* be called via CSS, are loaded like this:

<p><img src="http://demo.bugtreat.com/cscartv3.0.2/gadget_Store/images/border_recent.png" alt="" width="1000" height="4" /></p>

Why!?!

Unfortunately I have to agree with other comments on this forum, their customer service is poor. No reply via their Contact Form from several weeks ago, again from last week, nothing here and nothing via social media sites.

Yup as stated before there templates are poorly made and offer little to no service.

I just got my new skin from IECSP - quite pricey at $279 but the quality of the template is outstanding.

Oh My God.

I have never ever seen anything like this before in dealing with 'professional' theme developers for ANY cart, let alone CS-Cart.

HTML Semantics? What the hell are they?! You'll be asking the same questions after looking in any great depth at a BugTreat template. Only 5 <h1> tags in on the home page. Why, oh why, oh why.

This template - I can't speak for the rest of their templates - includes nothing for customer account area, no blocks, no defined location, nothing. In fact, looking at it, you would be mad to think the site even had a customer account area.

A LOT of hours later, and I'm slowly but surely getting this template to a working order.

I will NEVER be purchasing anything from Bug Treat in future and would never recommend their services. Their skins are shockingly bad, their customer service is virtually non-existent....in fact, I don't think I can say anything positive at all, with the exception of their graphic design, which is above average from what I have seen of CS-Cart skin developers.

I would love to say "you get what you pay for" - but sadly, there are actually others out there offering skins for less than $100 with MUCH better quality.

I'm off to find some paracetamol, think I need it after repeatedly bashing my head on a brick wall after discovering the horrible extent of this 'skin'.

While I can appreciate your comments and do think there should be a "My Account" area, all the points you bring up could have been found by using the demo on their site. The message in all this is research what you are buying before you push the buy button.

We weren't talking about a customer area but rather a "My Account" area. Where you can get to My Orders, Order Tracking, Downloads, etc.... If you look at the cs-cart demo (http://demo.cs-cart.com) and you click on the My Account area on the top right of the page you will see what I mean. This functionality is omitted from this template which means you have to do some customizing to the template to get it there since this is pretty much required functionality.

On a side note, I do find it pretty unprofessional that Bugtreat hasn't even commented on this as this is a pretty major flaw in the template.

There have been several reports on these forums that Bugtreat's templates introduce some kind of malware into sites, producing the kind of stuff you posted here. I'd say contact Bugtreat support about it.
