After updating to 3.0.2 my top menu won't work. All i keep geting is Error_occured.

I have been advised that during update tables were not written as the should have been.
If anyone knows how to install these manually could you please let me know?
I am just about over this cart as I seem to be spending too much time trying to figure out how to get it going than it does actually running. I quess I should of fell for the scam of paying extra for support.
