CS-Cart 3.0.2 Released Rate Topic   - - - - -

I have been setting up a new design on a demo site (3.0.2) and saved/exported my block locations before importing the old store (2.2.5) but when i try to import block locations from my 3.0.2 setup, it says "Data is imported successfully." But all blocks disappears and it doesn't load my saved blocks :confused:

When i check layout.xml document it's filled with my block information as it was before, I tried to export new blocks (from 3.0.2) after the upgrade but it's the same. All blocks are erased and nothing is shown?

Edit: I might add that I get an error Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) ( http://widget-cdn.rp.../lib//engage.js )

Not sure how to fix this.

So I can go onto the CS-Cart site, and download the full 3.0.2 package but this obviously is intended for first time installation, not upgrading. How do I access the 3.0.2 upgrade package before buying an Ultimate license? I see no point in throwing away 700 quid for a product that doesn't make the cut, apparently 3.0.2 has fixed some of these bugs I require to be fixed, but how do I know my development 3.0.1 store will upgrade to 3.0.2 without any problems?

The upgrades from 3.0.1 to 3.0.2 should be available by now. Please check the Upgrade center in your store admin panel.

When i purchased my license the seller gave me only the license number.
I did all my updates without a problem until now.

Upgrading via the Upgrade center in the admin panel should be available by now.

After updating to 3.0.2 when you click an add-on such as 'Age verification' or google analytics. The window will popup but the window will b e emty. How do I fix this?

I tried updating cscart proffesional to 3.0.2 but after updating in upgrade center almost every addons such as google analytics and Janrain MYOS stopped working. Some other peolpe have the same problems?

How did you do this? when i log in as the admin all I get is a black page with 'Error occured'.

Funny thing I also get the same error when trying the online demo on cs cart. 22:41 3/8/12

Update: I rename the addons folder to old and I was able to log in. I can only assume the addons I was trying out caused the error. It may have been watermark, searchdise or cccslider.


What you need to do is go to YourDomain.com/admin.php?dispatch=database.manage
This will dismiss the error_occured and you will be able to restore the database.
You can also acces the logs with yourdomain.com/admin.php?dispatch=logs.manage

I can't really be much of assistance without taking a look at your particular configuration. I can't reproduce the problem in my testing environment.
You should leave a request for our support team and provide them with all the necessary data.

I've run across the same thing - blocks are gone ( grids are empty ) in alot of the locations after trying to import a layout file so I'll be following this thread to see what you find out about it. It seems like the default location is ok but others like pages and product are empty.

I get a notification there is a new version of cs-cart. Though when I go to the upgrade center it states "No upgrades currently available"

Edit: Never mind the option to update showed up a few days later.
