How can i remove "Report a bug" button

Please, how can i remove “Report a bug” button on the customer and admin pages, see enclosed files to see it?

It's not there by default - have you enabled something recently that does this? - Perhaps the 6 people icon has something to do with it as that isn't there by default either (what is it?).

Appears to be a “bug” :shock:

I believe this option is in the config.php file. It is commented out by default. I uncommented all the features in the file once (just to see what they do) and this popped up on my pages also.
