Hi,

I am running a very old version of CS-Cart.

I have successfully upgraded from an earlier version to 2.0.11. But when I continue to upgrade from 2.0.11 to 2.0.12, seems like the process can't proceed successfully or timed out. It keep running for quite a while at "admin.php?dispatch[upgrade_center.run_backup]=Continue", then it just stopped... was the script timed out? How should I resolve this?

I am still having problem. I am still stuck at the upgrading process... after 30 minutes, the process is still loading, loading and loading... the dots stop (do not increase more dots), but the browser is animating (loading).... this could go on forever...!

Anyone has any idea?

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this problem. Please ask your server administrator to increase values of the following directives on your server to the maximum possible ones:

max_execution_time
default_socket_timeout


If it does not help you, the problem requires examination on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.

How did you solve your problem? We have the same problem. At version 2.08 it stucks at "admin.php?dispatch[upgrade_center.run_backup]=Continue

We finally found what was it. It was the HUGE tables with the statistics that in a sense is useless that it would take months in order to be inserted in the new database line by line. We truncated and it worked voila!
