Unable to use mobile app for Twigmo

Hi all.

I have installed my Twigmo and followed the guide for this.
Twigmo has given me an access ID.

But I cant log in on the app. I have tried several password resets, reinstalling Twigmo, reinstalling the app (iPhone). No luck.

Any ideas or tried the same?

I am sorry to hear that you experience this problem. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you why exactly it occurs. The problem requires examination on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server by clicking on the Add record link on the Access information page of your Help Desk account so that we could examine the issue.

Should it not be straight forward or are there any special requirements for using Twigmo (open ports, etc.)?
