I’ve been uploading products via a csv file with a url for the associated images. These are stored on photobucket. This has worked without a problem until now. Today I realised that everything I’ve uploaded in the past 2 days has no images. I tried adding images from my computer to a product but still nothing. I had been playing around with optimizing the cart - I installed smartoptimiser. I took out the changes to the HTaccess file that I’d made but this made no difference.

Uploaded as a csv file everything is fine except the image. The image url is working fine for this book on Ebay.

As far as I see, the mentioned product ( http://www.double-b-…e-armadale.html ) has images uploaded for it. Do you still need any assistance on this? If yes, I suggest that you should check permissions for the images directory of your CS-Cart installation and its sub-directories and files. All these directories and files should have 777 permissions. In order to learn how to set up permissions please follow instructions in the following article of our Knowledge base:
