What developer are you talking about. I have the same problem.only on my home screen.

try set your browser:


  1. Opened the Internet Explorer browser;
  2. Clicked on the “Tools” link;
  3. Opened the “Internet Options” page;
  4. Opened the “Advanced” tab;
  5. Disabled the “Enable third-party browser extensions” check box;
  6. Clicked on the “OK” button.
  7. Restarted the browser.
