EUKHOST Cloud Hosting - any experience?

I'm looking to mover hosts and have come across EUKHOST Cloud Hosting (eNight) and wondered if anyone had any experience / views on this?

We have not used their Cloud Hosting but we have used their shared hosting and a VPS and I personally found their servers to be quite slow. When we enquired about the speed issues they just said everything is working as it should. When we got daily comments from customers about the speed we moved hosts and have had no problems since.

Who did you move to?

We moved to Heart Internet VPS.
