I want to change shipping rates by Depending of Billing Country. How can we it made?
Any answer to this? I have the same question.
For some foreign addresses cscart doesn't allow, and others it charges too much.

@zeero6 , thank ou, but in the cs cart by default is not any option for doing that.
We must just edit the PHP functionality for shipping rates, but where and how?
