CAn't see attachments tab

Hi,



I upoaded a pdf attachment to a product but the attachment tab doesn't show on the product page for some reason. I've cleared cache, the attachment is in the correct directory (var/attachments), I can download the attachment in the admin area.



Is there some setting I'm missing?

We've tried to reproduce your problem, everything is working properly on our test site (v. 2.2.4). The problem is with your particular store (the problem may be caused by third-party addons, modified skin, modified code, etc, difficult to say exactly).

Thanks for your reply Alt-team. I changed it back to the basic skin with no mods and it still doesn’t show up :(



I haven’t altered anything other than the skin.

Missing tabs is usually the result of a missing double quote or an ending HTML tag. Can be difficult to find sometimes, takes time.

Usually such issues are related with 3rd party themes. What theme do you use?
