Hi again Fellows,
I have been programming a small addon for a client, and thought to post it in here for free.
It is a side slider for the three most popular Social Networks: Facebook, twitter and Google plus.
It appears on every page on the left side of the screen, as a vertical tab, and when you click on it you get the info from each network, a badge and a like-follow button.
There is also an admin screen for you, to input your username or id and you are ready to go.

Feel free to test it and drop a line if anything goes wrong. It works with 2.1.x and 2.2.x
and works fine in FF, Chrome and ie9.

Edit 19/4/2012: Did some minor changes to jquery. If you have problems with other Addons that use jquery then try this version.

Thanks for this Fotis. I uploaded activated in admin/addons cleared site cache and also browser cache but nothing showing on site? strange. Does it matter about the site width in any way.

No normaly it doesn't matter.
Only one thing might be the problem .
Because this Addon works with bottom hook, if you have another Addon with bottom hook it then , maybe, won't work.
In that case you can rename the file bottom.post.tpl in hooks/index folder to main_content.post.tpl.
Try that , clear again both caches (var/cache and var/compiled/customer) and let me know.

rename the bottom.post.tpl to main_content.post.tpl
But re-download the zip file from the original post, as I did that changes and you dont need to do any of that.

As one of your best free clients, i downloaded the addon and installed succesfully.
I downoladed the version you provide here and not at your company website. The zip file is somehow corrupted.
I also do not se the slider in my site although is seems to be installed correctly.
@grafman,
Did you use IE to try and download the file from here? IE seems to have issues with attachments on the forum. I just downloaded the file with FF and it unzipped without any problems.

I used both chrome and FF .
The problem is at the .txt file. I still do not see the slider in my shop. In the addons menu, I see that this is installed correctly !
Hi try to clear those two caches…
They get in the way all the time.
But if it is still not viewed then chances are you have another Addon that works with jquery like a fellow had ccc banner.
