Are these “free” modules really free? Doesn’t one has to buy CS-Cart first. Anytime one has to spend money to get something for free, free it ain’t.
CS-Cart is a great value, but it seems a bit disingenuous to claim that any other cart solution with similar features will cost $1000 +, because that’s not always the case. Yes, “X” and their sister product “Lite” charge crazy amounts for the additional modules, but there are other cart solutions that do not.
If the comparison was solely a head-to-head w/ “X”, then this claim is absolutely true.

It depends solely on your viewpoint. CS-CART themselves do not state that they include 1000+ in free mods, however it’s user base decides that responsibly. SnoRocket the author was a prior x-cart licence holder and will justify his price tag based upon it. Other carts do not have the same functionality and so we are left to test against the ‘market leader’ which seems to be ‘X’ at this time.

Yes all the above mentioned modules are FREE to all CS-Cart License holders…if you did’nt have a CS license what would you do with them? NOTHING. So Yes they are FREE because if they were not you would have to pay over $1000 to have them all just like the competitors do…all the prices are actual prices taken from competitors…
