I have tried clearing the thumbnail cache by entering the URL http://www.your_domain.com/admin.php?ct but it is NOT clearing out the thumbnail cache. And yes, I have cleared my browser cache as well, but it's still showing the old photo.
How can I correct this? I'm running 2.x.

I believe for 2.x its ?cc not ?ct.
