If you don't mind using Endicia (basically the same as stamps.com) you can also use www.shippingkit.com . Their software integrates with the back admin of CS and you can print directly from each order and the tracking number is automatically posted for you.

Tell us more. This sounds like many would be interested in…

This may be a good option for some of you guys, called ECC Ship and processes shipments directly within your CS-Cart store, also supports both Stamps.com as well as Endicia: http://www.webgility…e-ecommerce.php

I don't have experience with this particular program as we do not process shipments through the cart, however, may be an option for others.

I am using V4.01 on a fairly busy store. About 50 orders per day.

The only shipping option that works out of the box, is ShipRush.

It will bulk print labels, make Packing slips, when you print a label it will post back to the store and change the order status to Completed, while posting the tracking info into the Order notes, while sending an email with the order stats and tracking info to the client.

Pretty sweet deal.

You can even export the tracking numbers to a file, if you wanted to.

I am using it to print to a Dymo 4XL thermal printer. They do not directly support the Dymo, however, it works perfectly. ShipRush has a direct link to Stamps.com.

Of all the ones I testes, ShipRush is the only one that actually worked.

Webgility: It could pull orders and print labels, but could not post back to the store. It kept erroring out. Their developers tried for over a week to fix. No go on that one for me.

Endicia: Nice little program. Spent an hour on the phone with Tech support to get everything up and running. Does a great job of printing labels. But will not not interface with CS-Cart. No way to export the Tracking info to try and get back into CS-Cart.

You mileage may very, but ShipRush worked for me very well.
