Hello, I need to show to customers how much the items weight. Is there a way to add a weight field in products description and also in paking slip? The carrier I have want to specify in packing slip the weight of products. I already added the weight in shipping properties / general / weight to the products.

Yes, You can add it in features or in product options section of admin front, after, you must view what is the created custom field's ID in the database, and in invoice page call them !
