I just noticed that the coupons and discounts do NOT come off the TOTAL including shipping. The amount only comes of the product total. Is this possible to change?
We find that most customers who have for example a $50 voucher will go through everything in our store, and make sure they use every cent of the voucher. It’s messy when they’re left with an amount of just $5 shipping for example.
I think this should be a configurable option in admin…
Some stores may want to charge shipping regardless of a coupon, however others may not… It makes sense to allow the discount to reflect against the Total price in my eyes, but I can also think of reasons why others may not want this by default…
