Your central-content div is 3 pixels too wide, forcing a scroll-bar to appear at the bottom.



You can fix this by adding .central-content { width: 770px;} to the stylesheet or .central-content { overflow: hidden;}



But if you made that template, you probably already know all about that stuff.
