Admin Catalog Manage Product Pages Rate Topic   - - - - -

I know that there is a "Search for products" section on the Admin Catalog: Manage Product web page; however, it would be nice to have a simple alphabet menu to click verses doing a product search everytime. The alphabet menu should be tied to the Product name. Add this feature and also keep the pages menu.

Pages: 1 2 3 4 5 6 Range: 1..6 (drop down)

Amen Tundra,

I'm sending this to CS-CART.
Best Idea I continually overlooked
I've moved on from CS-Cart to WooC******** - If you need anything I can be of little help.

Yes this is a great idea, It would also be nice to have a few more "bulk edit" options for things such as Secondary categories, what a horrible job that is

Bulk product upload continues to be a thorn in my side as well. Why not include all options/attributes/areas?

However, for finding and editing products, I find it quite easy to go into 'Manage Products' (making sure you have all your products displaying on one page), right-click on the desired product/open in new tab/window, edit it, close tab/window, and then go onto the next desired product in the original tab/window. No need to keep reloading the 'Manage Products' page or searching every time. Works for me, but an alphabet menu would also be nice.

At the moment I added the previous / next mod to the admin side for products, this works ok as long as the products I want to mod are in order..

But CS is one of few carts with the bulk edit...so I suppose I cannot complain. Its just the loading of each page to edit that slows you down...

I managed to mod the bulk edit pages previously to include my own defined text input boxes, but ive not got the multi categories to work, maybe I should mod this before I sit down and update my site as i intend on changing how ive categeories everything :(
