For those that missed the blog post.
Is this announcement complete, that these are the 5 'main' functions being worked on, or will there be much more done for the full v3 release?
Stellarbytes I think that this are NOT the big main features they are working on, this are small things that are also interesting and worth mention as I think is the meaning of the following text from the blog.

If it is not possible all the features, which selected ones are being developed and which ones will NOT be made into the version 3?

What would be really good to know is aproximatelly when is going to be finished and released. This year ? Next year Winter ? Next Year Spring ?
How do these features help generating sales?

The full feature list to be in CS-Cart 3 is in the Roadmap. All other top-voted features from the UserVoice won't be included.
Also, among other features, Twigmo, the CS-Cart mobile version, has been just released. You can get the latest news about it at the devs blog and on its Facebook page.
And the Improve Filters feature is a part of a bigger project Searchanise, which is going to be released quiet soon.

The approximate release date is somewhat uncertain at the moment, I'd put it at the beginning of 2012.

You see, we have decided after some market studying that the add-on should be developed outside the main CS-Cart current. It will be released as an additional module not included in the common pack and will be purchased separately.
The roadmap indicates features to be included in CS-Cart by default, so that's why the eBay add-on has gone, but it's still under development.
