Customer lost password procedure too long

The process that a customer has to go through to get their password back is way too long, and boring! Many will give up I’m sure.



Is it possible to simply have their password emailed to their registered email address when/if they request it? As it is now, they have to request and wait for an email, click a link, then wait for another email with some long new password, then login blah blah … it’s way too long.

I agree with that one, it’s far easier to access your email once then twice and then retyping your email address to confirm etc…
