I am trying to use weight based shipping methods. I have added weight based shipping costs for “All Countries”, UK, Europe and shipping is enabled. But when I try to test order something it shows no shipping method found. I am very new with CS-Cart and feeling helpless. I followed each and every step in the cs-cart manual but not getting any help. Also noticed, CS-Cart support is not prompt, they usually take more than a 1 day and within free 30 day support period its too long.
