Before any FTP file transfer, you have to create the database in the server.
This could be done only from the hosting panel, is not difficult. Youtube has some video tutorials.
Once you have this, you could follow livezilla video tutorials and save yourself $8.0

Are you guys kidding? it's takes like 1 minute to add a livezilla chat icon to CS. Whatever happened to the Olark Live Help Addon?
