Feedback

Hello :)

So ive built this website in hoping that it would create sales. Ive been playing with the website for a while now and switched hosting and tried several attempts to make it user-friendly and welcoming.

Now the catch is the SEO, i changed my Keywords and it jumped 11,000 points in an hour. But the issue im really having is no one is buying anything. My prices are 50% off retail prices but no buys, not even many lookers.

Im asking for FEEDBACK from people on the internet of what they think i should do to change my website or whatever it might be.

Please give me your feedback after visiting my website.

Thank you everyone, its greatly appreciated!

hello,

your website takes to long to load, too many products on front page

hope this info helps

Yes i would agree with you Robyn,

I was wondering how i would make a one product slider. that you can click the arrows left and right to view more products, it does not automatically scroll. so that i would be able to display products but have it less cluttered. and maybe that would make it load faster?

I'd probably get your policies, about us in the footer were they can easily be found on any page. Not sure about the testimonials…probably substitute that area with something that customers would most preferably rather see…like products or promotions.

Get rid of the toolbar addon prompt and definitely get rid of the chat prompt. Hate those things and feel like I'm falling into a trap. Site colors remind me of a rainy day. You just got some weird coding things going on. Site is not complete or at least has that feel.

Put your payment logo and certs down low in the footer or something. Makes me feel like your trying to get my money before I've even had a chance to browse. I feel rushed for some odd reason. Undecided about your Store hours…maybe put that in your about us or contact us section. You're site is dreadfully slow.

I think you could benefit from a bit of professional design/organization and development help. Think this would be your best bet as you have a nice business it would seem. However, enhance that by getting help.

Plenty of people in the forum that I'm sure would get ya where ya need to be. Capitalize on the traffic and your hard work that you have obviously put into the database, etc.

Best of Luck

  • put the phone number in the header
  • the cart links “Cart is empty | Checkout” at the top are black, against a dark blue background.
  • get rid of your annoying right click popup. it's pointless and doesn't do anything, adding threats in it probably isn't good for winning over customers either
  • dont put the original/suggested price on the listing pages (crossed out)… I can see that it might be nice to show that they are saving 50% or whatever on every item, but at the same time it's telling me that all of the items probably suck and can't sell at the normal price so it's all on sale. Same thing if I go to a dollar store… there might be great deals and everything cheap, but so is the quality.
