How do I add a short video to my page. Like this video I have on a older site. http://www.owndefense.com/pepperpen.html. I need to add that video to my site.

The way we put videos on products was we had to create a “block” and then assign it to that particular product. Didn't seem like it was the most logical set up, but it was the only way we could figure out how to do it.
