We downloaded the free trial they offer, but it is encoded and all online Payment processors are not available in the free trial.

This seems simple enough to me to solve. We know that the CS team encrypted the trial version, for their own safety. Fair enough.

However, you own a copy of the code now, just zip up the payment module and send it to the payment developers. They will not have the code for the whole card, just the payment modules. So, you should not be breaking the license agreement.

So.. CS recommend that you give them access to your server.

I dont see whats to stop them downloading the entire store and code once they have server access.

The problem with sending a small selection of files is that the code isnt always that easy to follow, so integration may become a headache

The best bet is secure your server, give them FTP access to a development version of your site whilst blocking access to your other sites.
