Troubles Assigning User to User Groups

I'm having trouble assigning users to user groups



I am signed in to my Administrator account and the (Administrator group has all permission)



I can not see where to assign a user to a user group (it just not there)



Can anyone assist.

Thank you for your message.



You can assign a customer to a necessary user group in the “User Groups” tab when editing his/her profile in the administration panel by setting its status to Active.
