Hi,
I set up CS-CART a couple of months ago for all shipping to be $12.50 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional. It was flawless until I got an order yesterday and it registered $10 for shipping.
Anyone have any idea why this would happen? I've looked at the documentation in terms of the cost and item dependencies and can't find anything I am doing wrong.
Also, out of the blue 2 days ago, it will not accept orders from Texas, stating that it can't ship there. I've checked all the shipping options and Texas is treated no different than the other 49 states.
Any help is appreciated on these items.
