Good day,

i would like to offer my clients promotion:



for total brought over 50$ from 20/9/2011 to 20/11/2011 you will enter raffle for iPad ,

then from admin i can click Random winner Generator

which will give me the winner name !!

what do you think ? and what is the best way to do it ?

Funny idea. You could just use any random number generator.



For example: let's say the promotion starts at order number 0. If you have 100 orders, generate a random number between 0 and 101. Take the number and look up the order that belongs to this number. See if this order is indeed above $50, and you will have your winner.



If it's below $50,- do it again.



Ok, so it's a workaround, but it will work.
