I wrote a staff and customer loginshare for cs-cart and Kayako Fusion 4.x



Customers use their CS-CART login on the support desk and staff with administrator flags can login to the staff area of Kayako Fusion

Yes, it works for all kayako 4.x products. I will post the files to Google Code Archive - Long-term storage for Google Code Project Hosting. when I get home. There are several integrations that I have done in the past, so it was just building on top of some code. Let me know if you have any questions and I will post back once it is done. All the script will need is the database info. It is documented in the script in the config file.

Thanks Brett, that's most appreciated.

We just recently rolled out a helpdesk thats made life extremely easy, alas getting customers to use their CS-Cart logins on the new site is a nightmare that I'm trying to avoid!

I updated this so it now works with CS-Cart v.2.x and v.3.x.
