I wrote a staff and customer loginshare for cs-cart and Kayako Fusion 4.x

Customers use their CS-CART login on the support desk and staff with administrator flags can login to the staff area of Kayako Fusion

For anyone interested, I have also written a loginshare for Kayako. If you would like the code, just let me know.

Hi Brett,

I would be interested, does this work for Kayako Fusion also?

Regards,

Yes, it works for all kayako 4.x products. I will post the files to http://code.google.c...ako-loginshare/ when I get home. There are several integrations that I have done in the past, so it was just building on top of some code. Let me know if you have any questions and I will post back once it is done. All the script will need is the database info. It is documented in the script in the config file.

Thanks,

Brett

Thanks Brett, that's most appreciated.
We just recently rolled out a helpdesk thats made life extremely easy, alas getting customers to use their CS-Cart logins on the new site is a nightmare that I'm trying to avoid!

If anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
