CS-Cart does have Recently Viewed Items out of the box. Daily Deals, Make an Offer, and maybe a couple of others are offered as addons via 3rd parties.

This is kinda off topic but what addons should I use on Feedback?

I just checked 3dcart, this is absolutely the way to go, the sooner cs-cart will get to creating these Mods the better…

Not quite there yet, I tested the Daily deal, I thought it was very basic. The 3dcart Daily deal and Group deal I just saw is very well thought…

Please support this feature in user voice !!

This is especially useful in the MV edition if Vendors can offer daily deals to the customers through their admin!..

Siu Ling, let me ask you something: did you actually open a demo account and see it for yourself?

Does 3d Cart has a block system similar to cs-cart?

Block system is the strongest point for me, and it is the reason I stop looking and learning other carts. If 3d cart has it, I will be interested. What about filters, features, CSV import-export? and the list goes on.

Not all users are looking for the same features in a cart. Some users value more some features than others. In the end, is good that all carts are different so it can attend the vast array of user priorities.

About 10 months ago I tried 3Dcart and some other fully loaded carts like corecommerce.

Corecommerce could do a lot but was very basic compared to CS-cart, even though it had a lot of features.

3Dcart is good and made it to my top 3. Too bad it lacks multi-language.

It does offer something similar to cs-carts blocks function though. You can just move stuff around in design mode, you can even make your design wider without touching any code. Very easy and user friendly.

All these companies are very US-orientated though. I asked some questions to the helpdesk and got 1 sentence replies. It didn't feel like they really wanted me as a customer.

Also, after giving it some (a lot of!) thought, I decided to go for a self-hosted solution. Because what happens to your shop if something happens to your hosted solution? What if they go bankrupt for example? Or their host?

You are totally dependent on them… and I don't like that. I want to be able to move my shop to anoher host in a matter of hours in case they ever have problems.

Just my 2 cents.

Sorry. No battle between cs-cart and 3dcart!

I would like to see more features. Don't ask me to pay for customization and u know why.

→ Just saw their demo about it today. Amazing.
