Need An Other Fiels For New Vendor Account

hello,



I would like to add a field when someone subscribe to open a vendor account.

In fact I need they tell the registry business number… to verify if they really are professionnals.



How to do that?

Hello Ophelie,



As far as I understand, you want to add the additional field to the “Register” page. In order to do it, please take these steps:


  1. Log in to the administration panel of your store.
  2. Open the “Users” tab.
  3. Click on the “Profile fields” link.
  4. Add the necessary field by clicking on the “Add field” button.

Thanks for your help but this place adds additionnal fields only for the billing or shipping customer profil.



It does not add fields for the vendor registration form.

Unfortunately, there is no such an ability to add fields for the vendor registration form in the standard CS-Cart installation.

actually, cs-cart should have make vendor account have their own form, not using usual customer form.

this is a must.

Unfortunately, some PHP code changes are required to implement this feature. You can do them yourself or hire third -party developer or I suggest that you should consider our custom development service.

well in fact I found a solution.

There is the fax number fields useless. I renamed it “Business number” field.
