CS-Cart has already developed and is preparing to release an iPhone app for the admin side. Are you looking to develop one for the customer side?
this is awsome and long overdue, any idea on a release date.

Twigmo Mobile Admin is available in the app store free of charge at the moment. If you mean mobile front-end, it's coming. We should expect it shortly as I posted here. You can monitor the status of the project at the topic above.
