hi,

i am using the latest version of pro.

the postage from this module is always substantially higher than the actual postage charged by Australia Post.

for example, a parcel under 2kg to postcode 2425, cs-cart charges $19 from the realtime module, in reality, postage cost is only about $12. customers are not happy.

this happens everytime i sell something that is sent as a parcel.

hope to get some help from the CS staff or fellow forum members.

thanks.

Have you also read the knowledgebase here - http://kb2.cs-cart.c...ting-austr-post.

It sounds like you have an extra charge set up somewhere check your shipping settings. Also check the measurements of your parcel aren't too large as it's possible Australia Post is calculating according to the cubic weight rather than the actual weight.
