Absolute URL instead Relative URL?

how i can put absolute URL instead relative url for all my links ?

Why?

Do you also mean “short url” versus “relative”? A relative URL would be something like

payments/paypal.php

where a short url would be

?dispatch=pages.view&page_id=1
