Yes, of course! CS-Cart 2.1.4 in fact, all my sites are CS-Cart; and as of recently, even with all the customizations, we have not a single edit to any core php, javascript or template files within cs-cart! 
That write a review, is a actually loading from Power Reviews, which we use exclusively to handle our customers review needs, I just wrote an addon to load Power Review’s html and etc into our layout. Not hard at all.

I’m actually not sure, I’m just the programmer and tech guy, I don’t deal with the financials :D; I do know though, that you buy power reviews for 3 sites at a time, its just how they do their billing system.
Nice work, the navigation is very inviting and fun.
The accordion menu is just fantastic, great addition.
My only observation will be about the 3 blocks in the footer should be
even spaced, seem there is a empty space in the right side.

Onenad, do you do freelance CS-Cart development or are you full time with the furniture place? The template looks great we are looking to have our template re-done currently.

The Review Attributes Addon which is being updated to 2.2.1 with new features being added basically does what power reviews does but within CS-Cart:
