Guests have no RMA option?

If you’re a guest, how do you ask for an RMA? I’m able to process RMAs for regular customer but guests don’t have the option to create one.



Any tips/advice/help?

Yeah, this is one of the strange quarks or “not quite thought through” things about CS. I haven’t really looked for a way to do it in 2.1.? but we were used to it working this way since at least 1.3.5.



The way that we got around it was we created a “form” for people to submit and we manually did returns/exchanges.

This functionality works properly for guests in the standard CS-Cart installation. You can check it by placing an order in our CS-Cart demo store ([url]Instant Demo - CS-Cart Multi-Vendor Demo Try Free for 15 days) as a guest and changing its status to Complete.

Actually I'm finding the same problem. We have Guest Checkout enabled, running version 2.2.2 of Cs Cart. If I click on the 'Return Requests' link, it directs you to the login page?

I checked this functionality on our demo CS-Cart store (http://demo.cs-cart.com/) and, unfortunately, failed to reproduce it. The “Return requests” page is opened without any problems for a guest in case he/she registers the return after an order gets the “Completed” status.



The problem requires the investigation on your server. Please contact us via Customer Help Desk and provide temporary access to your server.

So if customer places say 3 orders as guest, then after a month registers his previously made orders are added to his profile?
