Thank you.

Excellent service and good to know about. I had CS-Cart create an import script from Cube cart several years ago that worked like a charm but at that time was more expensive than the $49 this service asks.

Is there any efficient way to do this manually without the cart2cart website? I don't mind the time as long as the final result is sufficient

Ps. sorry for bumping an old thread

If your current database is big, then 'an efficient way' will be converting it via a custom script (similar to the one used on the Cart2Cart website).

If you have not many products, then it will be easier to add them to a CS-Cart database manually via the admin panel.

Thank you.

Excellent.

I have visited and loved the feature Cart2cart offers,

but I wasn't sure if it was to be trusted.

Now that I see it from the CS-Cart team I will defenitely use their service if I choose CS-Cart to replace my current webshop.

Thank you fore the update.

I used cart2cart when switching from my old CubeCart 3 store to CS-Cart 2.xx professional. It actually worked very well and I would highly recommend as for the time is saves it is well worth it!

All the customers and orders transferred without any issues at all. The only very minor issue was in the product transfer with the images. It was very minor but if a product being transferred had 2 or more images, the first image would transfer as the main thumbnail picture but the second (different) image would transfer as the Popup larger image for the main thumbnail picture. But again I just had to go through each transferred product and correct the image. But again for the amount of time the complete transfer saves you, the image thing is very very minor.

Sorry to say that we have been trying to go from ISC to CS Cart with C2C for over a month now, but still they can't seem to get it to work properly. Guess not every project is that simple.

You are right Janssen, projects may differ depending on different factors. Usually these are the types of shopping carts, store configurations, database structure that have to be considered. That is why we offer customized migration option for carts with non-standard settings. Customized migration service is performed on customer's request. Also, there is an option of assisted migration, when the whole migration process is performed by our professional team. It will minimize risk of errors and speed up the migration process

Yes it should work.

Is it possible to migrate cscart 3.0.6 to cscart 4.0.1 with this service? Wil it migrate also pages and bloks content? I am asking, because maybe this is the way how to move to 4.0.1 before official upgrade is released by cscart Or do I miss something why we just do not use this cart migration tool and wait for cscart version 4.0.2 ? thank you for answer.
