Ticket system / Helpdesk like at cs-cart.com

I’m interested how the helpdesk here at cs-cart.com is working… as far as I can see, at cs-cart.com is a version of cs-cart itself running, is this correctly?



And if so, the helpdesk is inbuild there? Is the helpdesk somehow made with the form builder?



I ask, because one of our shop is planned to sell digital goods only, like cs-cart.com does… means software, perhaps also with a license area and of course the download area… and, at least, a ticket / communication system wouldn’t be bad…



How is this solved at cs-cart.com? Or is there any other software-script included in the helpdesk?

This is nice. Still, it is only compatible with a certain version of CS-Cart. I wish Cs-Cart would release something, so it would be a part of the cart.



I run a business where my production staff designs custom made merchandise for our customers. They send samples for approval and I wish I could create tickets that attach to the orders in admin, so I can keep a tally of our communication and back and forth with clients.

I would prefer cs-cart making other stand alone products compatible with cs-cart, but had to be installed as additional addon via upgrade center. I think cart is becoming too large with all requests…

Love to open this topic back up. Looking for a module that integrates with the cart. No solutions exist? SnoRocket was my only hope and now his site is down. I want it to integrate so I can tag orders to tickets, to stay organized and then view everything in one system.
