When I try and run the HTML catalog I get this error

HTTP/1.1 502 Gateway Error Server: Microsoft-IIS/5.0 Date: Sat, 15 Apr 2006 18:07:12 GMT Connection: close Content-Length: 186 Content-Type: text/html
CGI Timeout
The specified CGI application exceeded the allowed time for processing. The server has deleted the process.

Any ideas? Nothing is in the catalog folder.

Increase your timeout in IIS for PHP.

Hmmm, I changed the time outs already to like 99999 I don't think the IIS time out affects the php time out. I also changes some thing in php.ini for timeouts and got the same thing. How long should it take to make a catalog of less than 100 items at this time.

Quite a while, did you change it in the application pool?

We are moving it over to FreeBSD today or tomorrow that may just fix all the issues.
