Product Picker Addon
[SIZE=1]The “product Picker Addon” is an addon that works in similar functionality as the required products addon but lets the customer choose a product or products from a defined group of products set within the administration panel. Example for Product A you can assign Product 1, Product 2, Product 3, Product 4, Product 5 to Product A. When a customer adds Product A to the cart they are presented with a popup selection of Products 1-5. Not only does this addon work better then the required products addon it can be used as an up-selling tool to prompt customers to add additional products to the cart and can also be used to offer your customers a choice of products if they spend X amount of dollars. For Example if your customers spend more then $200 they will be offered a choice of products for free which are defined in the administration panel. This up-selling feature is much more intuitive and effective for customer retention then using the clumsy promotions module. [/SIZE]
Box Inventory Addon
[SIZE=1]The Box Inventory Addon has been one of the biggest money and time saving addons since it’s development. The addon itself is quite simple and self explanatory. You input your box inventory and every time you create a new shipment the box size is automatically deducted from the available inventory. When your inventory reaches the low level limit (set in the administration panel) you are alerted that it is time to re-order that box size. For large volume shippers and and even smaller shippers this is one of the biggest time savers. For example if you ship our 3-5 orders per day at the end of the week you’ve depleted your box inventory by ~25 boxes, at the end of the month as much as ~200 boxes. When you have 20+ box sizes you can spend several hours per month paying employees to count your inventory and then re-order supplies. The Box Inventory Addon has been saving us hundreds of dollars per month and 1000’s per year on box supplies. [/SIZE]

Profit Loss Reports Addon

Charge Now Addon
[SIZE=1]The charge now addon lets a customer use the “manual” credit card capture payment method and save time by providing a “charge now” payment button in the store administration panel on the order details page. When you are ready to charge the customers credit card you just click the charge now button and the payment is processed for you without the need to copy/paste sensitive customer data to a virtual terminal.
This is a great addon for customers who may choose to collect customer payment information such as for phone orders but desires not to process the payment until later. Currently the addon uses the Paypal Pro" payment method to charge the payment. Other payment methods can be added as requested.[/SIZE]
Ajax Cart Sidebox Addon

The Quote / Invoicing Addon is a solid addon and their is nothing wrong with it, we are currently adding new features and having it upgraded to 2.1.3.
New features being added are the ability to add attachments (customer side) and a choose user functionality.
You need to post your whiny complains in the snorocket forums in the appropriate thread. Is your sole purpose on the forums to derail every thread?

my message to remind you, that you had release unstable addon, and you must release it as stable.
before i bought the addon, you said 2 weeks it will be release as beta, but it took 2 month to release a BETA, and until now (more then 6month) remain beta as before.
i will keep my mouth everywhere, until i get what i deserve.
and you as my provider, you should keep your promise to fix the problem as soon as possible, not wait for another donator to buy your unstable addon.

The addon is very stable, the problem you mention is not a bug and has been mentioned many times over. The new choose user functionality has addressed this particular issue, you are just unwilling to wait and would rather whine and complain like a little schoolgirl who lost her lollipop. If you don’t like my addons then don’t buy them, everyone else seems to be extremely happy with what they have donated towards - Sno

Thanks, sno - I’m mostly interested in seeing screen shots for the Image Voting so I can be sure it’s something I can use before I shell out $75. I’m pretty sure I can use the product picker.

As for the setting it’ll be a regular product with Modification Options and for your mod Picker… I would select all my diamonds i will have for that product.

Hi Jesse, Yes all of the addons will all be released within the next week except for the Voting Contest & Task/Project Addon which will be ~3-4 weeks. Basically I’ve been waiting for the release of 2.1.3 as I was expecting it to be released by now and I would like all these new addons to start fresh compatible with 2.1.3, Thanks - Sno

A few bugs with helpdesk…

- Only the main administrator can see tickets created. Secondary administrators or ANY OTHER ADMINISTRATOR that you create can NOT see the tickets.
So this is just a few. Why should I pay for an upgrade or why would I trust to pay for an upgrade when these major bugs still exist. I have explained them all to your but I don’t get replies to emails and I don’t get replies to help tickets on your own site.

I think the club or creating these mods should be a business for Colin too. The bad part is the “club” idea is what we were paying in to and I still do NOT have a helpdesk mod that works! Hopefully I don’t get burned on the Product Designer too. I do know the group creating the Product Designer so it makes me feel more confident. My worry at this point is the changes mid-stream.

Did you install the helpdesk on any 2.? sites and get it successfully taken off or removed? I need to figure out how to get this removed from 1 site. I would love to get it to work on the other site I purchased it for, but it sounds like that might be a pipe dream. I sure wish I would heard from others about their experience with the “club”. I would not have invested in any of the ideas if I knew that many people could not get the mods to do what they said they should.
Colin, I think you already have quite a few suggestions in this thread. Without a doubt you need to “reinvent” yourself!
- You need to reply to trouble tickets and emails.
- You need to get mods fixed that are broke.
- You need to quite putting off fixes or bugs.
- You need to stop asking for people to pay to “upgrade” when your previous release does not work.
- You need to stop having CS-Cart write mods if they are going to be filled with this many errors and you are going to have this many problems trying to get them to fix them.
- Maybe you should include upgrades for a 1 year period of time like Thomas does? That is assuming that the mod works as advertised in the first place!
BTW, I’m not so sure I would want to put mods I have had written in to a repository as you have suggested. The biggest problem is the fact that you are already wanting to change the rules in a MAJOR way here and I would not want to find out how the rules would change once I have given you what I invested to have written for myself.

Instructions for uninstalling an addon manually:
- Delete the row in cscart_addons where addon = ‘’.
- Delete var/skins_repository/base/customer/addons/
same for ‘admin’.
- Delete skins/
/customer/addons/
- Delete skins/basic/admin/addons/
- Read the addons/
/addon.xml and find any CREATE TABLE entries. Then remove those tables from the database.
- When the above is done, delete addons/
If a path doesn’t exist,not an issue. It just wasn’t part of the addon.
