Can't remove "Powered by CS-Cart"

I followed the instructions located here:

For some reason the link to the CS-Cart website is still there. I also tried clearing the cache using “admin.php?cc”



I also tried restoring the template. Am I missing something?

I get a page not found error when I use that.
