This particular function is not Influenced by url_fopen Delta.

url_fopen controls whether files on external servers can be included into your web content. it would not have any control over viewing your images directly.

These may be getting filtered out because of security or mail settings on the server or even client side.

combs - thanks again for the info - I used the HTML editor to place the images in my newsletter and get an img src of /images/myimage.jpg for example - which when sent to the subscribers didnt work...

I simply changed the src to a full url path http://www.mydomain/images/myimage.jpg and now they work...

this allows me to keep the setting turned OFF for security and the images are now working...
